Returns and Cancellation

Due to handmade nature and hygienic reasons we do not accept returns and do not make refunds.
All sales in our store are final. 

No refunds for correctly implemented orders once purchased.

This is a customer's responsibility to check the order at the moment of delivery. If there was a malfunction with your order or the wrong item has been sent you should let us know about it within 5 business days after delivery. If there was our mistake or error we will fix everything within 3-5 days after delivery and ship it back to you. 
All orders, accepted for fixing errors must be shipped back within 3 business days after return shipping label has been provided. If the item will be shipped within this time frame the order will be considered as accepted by the customer. 

Conditions of return
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Due to different computer settings, screen resolutions, operating systems and web browsers, actual colors might look different from colors rendered in computer monitors.
Please be sure you ordered a correct size and print. Swatches of fabrics are always available for purchase by request.


I will issue a refund as long as the order hasn't gone to production.
If your order has been placed by 8pm - we will start working on it within 1 hour.
Orders placed after 8pm will go to production at 6am next day.

We do not cancel orders or make refunds after we started working on it.

Customer Service

We never leave your questions not answered! Our Customer Service manager works 24/7 and answer all your questions within 1-24 hours. We will help you with a right size/print/design choice. 
Custom orders are always welcome! 
Please ask your question, request a fabric swatch, ask additional pictures prior to ordering.
